Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Quality Issues: If your generated speech contains significant errors, lacks coherence, or is substantially different from your specifications, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Technical Failures: If our system fails to deliver your speech due to technical issues on our end, we will offer a full refund.
- Double Charges: If you were charged multiple times for a single purchase, we will refund the duplicate charges.
- Unused Add-ons: If you purchased add-ons (such as Memory Cards or Audio Narration) that you were unable to access, you may request a refund for those specific items.

Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Reach out to our support team at vowscript@gmail.com with your speech number and a detailed explanation of your refund request.
Verification
Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information to verify your purchase and the issues you experienced.
Resolution Attempt
Before processing a refund, we may offer to revise your speech or provide additional services to address your concerns.
Refund Decision
Once we've reviewed all relevant information, we'll make a decision on your refund request and notify you via email.
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Refund Timeframes
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within the following timeframes:
- Quality Issues: Within 7 days of receiving your generated speech.
- Technical Failures: Within 14 days of your purchase.
- Double Charges: Within 30 days of the transaction date.
- Unused Add-ons: Within 14 days of your purchase.
Important Note: Refund requests submitted after these timeframes may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Processing
We process all payments through Stripe, a secure and trusted payment processor. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during your purchase.
Please note that the time it takes for a refund to appear on your statement depends on your financial institution and is outside of our control.
Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions
The following items or situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Used Services: If you've already used your generated speech at an event, we cannot offer a refund.
- Changed Mind: If you simply change your mind about needing a speech after it has been delivered and meets our quality standards.
- Inaccurate Information: If the quality issues with your speech are due to inaccurate or incomplete information you provided during the creation process.
- Special Promotions: Purchases made with promotional codes or special discounts may have different refund terms, as specified in the promotion details.
Right to Decline Refund Requests
VowScript reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria or if we have reason to believe the request is fraudulent or made in bad faith. All decisions regarding refunds are at our sole discretion.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We request that customers contact us directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension and additional fees. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback or dispute that we believe is unwarranted.
